Sarah eyed the little group, raising an eyebrow.

"Liquid Luck."

she said, pointing to a little, clear bottle on the table.

"What's its other name, and how do you make it? That's what we're attempting today."

Chrystal raised her hand. "Liquid luck is another name for Felix Felicis. It has to be prepared six months before usage. And The only other thing i know is it is the colour of molten gold."

She was half-convinced she did good on that question.

"Uh-huh. How do you make it?"

Rachel asked flatly.

"Well... I'm not really sure how. but i'm positive you put honey in it."

She tapped her fingers on her desk, waiting for a reply from the teacher.

"Felix Felicis makes the drinker lucky for a period of time, depending on how much is taken, during which everything they attempt will be successful. It is meant to be used sparingly, however, as it causes giddiness, recklessness, and dangerous overconfidence if taken in excess. Felix is highly toxic in large quantities and is also a banned substance in all organised competitions, such as Quidditch, along with all other methods of cheating. It is very difficult to make, disastrous to get wrong, and requires six months to stew before it's ready to be consumed. However, I have already started the potions for you. I expect you to do the rest and...experiment."

".... I was off.... Haha."

She smirked and then shrugged.

"All I know is this sounds fun. But confusing."

Ninette giggled.

"Hey, at least you knew more than I did." Ninette said, eying the potion.

"Well this train isn't really on track." She replied sarcastically.

"So... What now... Professor?"

She contemplated the teacher as she spoke.

"Guess. I wanna see if you can pick out the right ingredients."

"Uh.. Okay."

She confidently picked up some honey, then a bit of rosemary, a common muggle spice.

She had lost track at that point, and set the rosemary down, honey being all she knew.

"Hm...."

She anxiously wanted to stop this, yet pressed on as she paused to think.

"Some of this, some of that..."

Reese muttered from the back of the classroom, adding pinches of powder and something that looked like honey, a little mint, too, stirring it.

"Yeah.. i got nothing." She mumbled, giving up.

"Hmmm.... Ooh this looks pretty!" Ninette said, randomly grabbing things.

"Pfft. Haha. What are you doing?" She questioned as she walked over to Ninette.

"Making a Pretty-Potion?" She grinned at the thought of it, then remembered she was in the real world.

Ninette shrugged. "It's better than nothing!" She giggled. "I actually have no idea what I'm doing. What's in yours?" She asked.
